The 21 Day Reset is an online 21 day dietary program that includes a detailed food list, meal plan and a variety of resources, recipes and tools to get you feeling like your best self again. It is a dairy-free, gluten-free and refined sugar-free challenge that helps to educate people on making healthier choices. The food lists and recipes focus on providing the body with a variety of nutrients to help increase energy levels and wellbeing. Each client receives information on the dirty dozen & clean fifteen, top 10 foods to strictly avoid, & a list of foods to focus on and limit while participating in the reset.

Lets face it, we live in a convenient world filled with cheap, processed and readily available food. Our bodies need a break from preservatives, artificial flavours, artificial colours, rancid oils, excessive salt, and sugar. Going back to the basics and providing your body with nourishing food not only is good for your health but it helps to shed unwanted weight, increases energy levels, helps with stress reduction and quality of sleep and enhances your wellbeing. When does it start?
This 21 day challenge starts when you are ready!  We recommend for you to start the challenge on a Monday so you are able to do your grocery shop on Saturday and meal prepping on Sunday.  If your days off fall on different days then do what is best for your schedule.  

Is the plan hard to follow?
The 21 day reset is laid out in a way that is easy to follow.  There is a grocery shopping list, prep tips, a prep schedule and food lists on what to focus on and on what to avoid.  If you are having difficulty with anything we are just an e-mail or Facebook message away! 

What kind of recipes are there and are they difficult to make?
The recipes are all dairy and gluten free and are designed to promote health and wellness.  The majority of the recipes are not difficult to make, some of them only take matter of minutes.  

What equipment do I need?
The great thing about cooking is that you can always make due with what you have.  Below is the recommended equipment for this challenge. 

  • Blender

  • Pot

  • Pan

  • Baking Pan

  • Baking Rack

  • Muffin Tin

  • Spatula

  • Measuring Spoons

  • Measuring Cup

  • Food Storage Containers, preferably glass

  • Mandoline
    A mandoline is a great time saver in the kitchen. Your veggies all look beautiful and take a fraction of the time to prepare

  • Spiralizer
    If you want to prepare your own vegetable noodles a spiralizer is a must

  • Food Processor
    A food processor comes in very handy, grinding nuts/seeds/oats for pesto's and other recipes. You do not need anything fancy. I often use the little minnie food processor that came with my immersion blender. Click here to see the one I use. For larger recipes I use a Kitchen Aid.

  • Instant Pot
    The instant Pot is by no means a must have. It is just an amazing piece of equipment that often cuts recipe times in 1/2

I am not just cooking for myself, is the plan hard to follow when you have a family?
The meal plan is designed for cooking for 2 people.  The participant and their partner.  If you have children it is easy to double the recipes to allow for more people to eat. 

How does the Facebook group work?
The Facebook group is a private group for people participating in the 21 Day Reset  Once the payment is processed you will be invited into the Facebook group.  The group will help keep people accountable for the challenge.  Participants are also able to feed off each others efforts and encourage exercise and other self care practises.

What will I receive?
The 21 Day Reset is composed of digital handouts.  Once your payment is processed you will receive an e-mail with a login for a private page on the Safely Sweet Nutrition's website.  From there you will be able to download the Spring Into Summer PDF package.  Ensure you download it to your computer because the password is constantly changing and you may not be able to log back in.  There will also be a variety of bonus handouts to help keep you on track.
