We offer in-home cooking lessons that are specifically designed to provide you with nutrition knowledge and meal prep tips and tricks. Our classes vary for those just beginning on their healthy journey, or for those wanting to counteract the symptoms of a specific condition.  Our classes are also great for those who live with, or support someone in need of dietary assistance, or dealing with allergies or food restrictions.

We are huge advocates for eating locally and seasonally. Our classes and recipes often reflect on the foods that are available during that specific time of the year. One of our favourite ways to shop for produce is by checking the farm stands in our area. You can find free range organic eggs, vegetables, fruit, and bouquets of flower for a fraction of the price. You are also supporting local people and local bees! You will reap the benefits of eating seasonally and ensuring a variety of nutrients in your diet as the vegetables that are in season change. The less distance the food on your plate has to travel means the more nutrients that will remain intact for you to nourish yourself with.

Food is an incredibly powerful healing tool. It's important to ensure you get the right nutrients for your activity level, age, and sex. Food can be used to enhance your vitality and prolong your life.  Eating well doesn't mean you have to miss out on anything, you can put a healthy twist on nearly any recipe.
