What kind of recipes are in the meal plans?
The recipes in the Meal Plans are 100% gluten free and dairy free! They are focused but some recipes do include animal protein (local & ethically raised, of course!). Most of our meal plans can be tailored for vegans. We offer plenty of plant based alternatives.
